Hello everybody!
Do someone know if there is a sendmail tutorial/howto/guide for real dumb guys. I read almost everything I found, and I can't figure out how this application works.
Please help me, maybe I will be less stupid when I'll go to bed tonight.

I simply don't know how everything works together sendmail with cf files, pop3 access, maybe imap..

sendmail only does SMTP, if you want POP3 you would need to download a different program for that. I recommend cucipop, but there are plenty of choices.
