How do I configure sendmail to allow me to relay mail from my lan? I want it to relay as a user, and not anonimously, that way it won't look like spam either.

Also, I'm trying to get pop3 to work, I can connect to it but I can't login. I created a user and put it in the mail group,is that the correct group to put it in?
