Sending Internet To Another Compiter Via Ethernet, Ubuntu 11.10

The computer on the other end will be too stupid to do any but the fallowing:
Connect Via dhcp,
Detect Ethernet/Network Card
Yes, No WiFi, No Dial Up, No Passwords.
While The Giving Computer Has The Works! (Internet, Ubuntuness)
From Being Connected To The Internet On The First Computer And Attaching The Cable Where Do I Go?
