sending email

hi

i have email up internally but when i try to send external email i get a error from my server?

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was 'xxxxx@xxxxx.freeserve.co.uk'. Subject 'test', Account: 'pop.xxxx-xxxx.com', Server: 'smtp.xxxx-xxxx.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 5.7.1 <xxxxx@xxxxx.freeserve.co.uk>... Relaying denied. IP name possibly forged [xx.x.xxx.xx]', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

i added a reverse lookup PTR record in dns for my machine which works?

any ideas?

G
