Secure Copy

I have a directory on my Backup server called "/raid/images/" and I would like to "secure" cp that from the server to my Debian workstation via the network using the "scp" command. I just don't exactly know how the command would look like. Here is the directory:

Have you tried "man scp". It's not that difficult to follow and it should answer all your questions

Yeah - Man just broke down what it can do.

Nothing helpful as to the command I needed to input.
