secrets winbind

Hi all,

I am getting this error when I start winbindd and I don't know how to fix it. I set the private dir = /usr/local/samba/private in my smb.conf. I don't know if it can't find the secrets.tdb or what...
Any help is much appreciated! Here is the output I get when I run winbindd -d 3 i, and below it is my smb.conf

winbindd version 3.0.0beta2 started.
