secondary dns installation issue

Hi all:

I am configuring a secondary dns server which will zone update from primary dns and have installed latest bind version 9.3.4 tar file. Along with caching-nameserver 9.2.4-2. Will this version mismatch create any problem or any security vulnerabilities?

Thanks in advance.

caching-nameserver is nothign more than a skeletal bind configuration, surely you don't want it in the first place if you're doing more than dns relaying?
