Question Scripting job processes

I’m writing a script to schedule regularly occurring jobs, check job status, run jobs in the foreground and background.

What I need to figure out is how to set the jobs priority and check the time the jobs take to process.

Please do not post the same thread in more than one forum. Picking the most relevant forum and posting it once there makes it easier for other members to help you and keeps the discussion all in one place.
