Scare your boss with smbclient

Hi!

Just a neat childish trick you may want to play on your boss

[sewer@sewer sewer]$ smbclient -M BOSS_MACHINE -U BillGates@microsoft.com
added interface ip=24.103.129.97 bcast=24.103.129.127 nmask=255.255.255.128
added interface ip=192.168.1.1 bcast=192.168.1.255 nmask=255.255.255.0
Connected. Type your message, ending it with a Control-D
Hello!

This message is to inform you that your Windows licenses are not valid any more.

You will have to buy new ones. The bill will come on Thursday.

Have a nice day!

Sincerely yours,

Bill Gates

Sweet! Love SAMBA for its flexibility (namely ability to fake NetBIOS names). Have fun and don't get fired.
