saving change made by admin

i installed network card as admin right. but even though i checked "Save change" when i logged out, it doesn't affect. so whenever i reboot the machine, i reinstall the network card... is there any way to save it and affect other users?

You installed your network card? Well you probably mean you loaded the module? Take a look at /etc/modules

Since it is a networking question this thread will be left open the others will be closed shortly.

I suggest you follow markus's advice and check that your module is being loaded.
