Unhappy samba / xp / remaining space

hi all

With win2k we were able to see , threw the network , with a shared folder the pie graphic which shows the total size and the space left on the disk.
But with winXP it seems to me that it is impossible to know it, except if you mount the folder.
It is not samba's fault [I made a test with win2k and it works perfectly].
So does anyone have a solution to show the space left for a win user ?

thx
