samba, winxp sharing

I have samba running on my linux server. For some reason only one account can connect to the server through Network Neighborhood. Any clue as to why? I have it so that all users of the server can connect but again it only allows one meaning not one at one time but only the user name "user"

Just add users using following command and see

smbpasswd -a [Valid user name]
