samba share permissions

Apologies, just read the sticky, I'll post this elsewhere.

Hi,

I've set up a share for users but when they save files or create folders it retains their permissions so other users can't access their files, where I want all users to be able to read and write all files in the share. Any help obviously appreciated

smb.conf below

Code:
[global]
	workgroup = WG
	netbios name = WG
	server string = Samba Server
	username map = /etc/samba/smbusers
	log file = /var/log/samba/%m.log
	max log size = 50
	socket options = TCP_NODELAY SO_RCVBUF=8192 SO_SNDBUF=8192
	os level = 33
	preferred master = Yes
	dns proxy = No
	ldap ssl = no
	idmap uid = 16777216-33554431
	idmap gid = 16777216-33554431
	read only = No
	hosts allow = 127.0.0.0, 192.168.0.0/24
	hosts deny = 0.0.0.0/0

[printers]
	comment = All Printers
	path = /var/spool/samba
	printable = Yes
	browseable = No

[srb5]
	path = /home/srb5
	valid users = user1, user2, user3
	create mask = 0777
	directory mask = 0771
