samba PDC help.....

I have a RedHat Linux server 7.1 and samba running fine. On my network I have 4 other NT machines and file transfers are being done thru the windows explorer by the help of samba .

After trying lot of times for making my Linux as a PDC...I was not able to succeed. I was doing fine with the book instructions..

Now after a long time thought to give a try again..
I went to Network neighborhood and entered my domian name as in smb.conf file the error was "You are already connected to a domain..You must disconnect before joining the domain"

where I am wrong..

Help out!!!!!
