Samba memory Leak

Hi All,

I have recently built a Redhat 9.0 Server, running The Installed versionof Samba and a Raid 5 disk system. Works fine, except for Samba seems to have a Cache or Memory Leak problem, as the memory useage builds up and up until all 2GB have been used up, then the machine starts to swap. I am sure it is Samba, as I noticed it happening definitely when I copied a lot of data at one time from one machine onto my samba server. The Machine is Dual 2.4G Xeon Machine, with an Intel Motherboard, 2 GB Ram a Promise Raid card running 4 drives on Raid 5. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Sandy
