samba logon

How can I setup samba so that it prevents users from logging on to more than one computer at a time?
Any ideas out there?

Thanks,
Sean

I searched the samba online docs and didn't see anything about doing it. If I may ask, why do you want to do this?

samba

I want to do this because I am using roving profiles with win XP and it doesn't like more than one logon at a time regarding updating profiles

I glanced through the samba docs again and didn't see anything under roaming profiles either. You might want to write someone on the samba team and see if they know of the problm and see if there is a fix.

Did you find an answer to this

I need the same info. I haven't started digging yet, but why re-invent the wheel if it is round.

I need it for the same reason. Roaming profiles. No user should need to be logged on more than 1 machine at a time, and guest accounts are enabled.
