Samba issue. Sometimes cannot login by using correct user/password.

We have about 200 workstations and as domain server we use Samba 2.5.10 server. And recently we found the issue when workstation cannot login by using correct password. Sometimes it takes about 6-8 tries to login with the same password and user. I blame on Samba. For me, it looks like Samba sometimes frozen or too busy to let anybody login.
Can somebody help me to resolve this issue, please?

Best regards,

samba logs are in /var/log/samba/* and /var/log/samba.*
