Question samba: home directories not visible

Howdy Open-source advocates!

Given this simple smb.conf configuration file:

workgroup = CSU
netbios name = Norlan
encrypt passwords = yes
server string = Redhat Enterprise Linux
printcap name = /etc/printcap
load printers = yes
dns proxy = no
security = share

read only = no
browseable = no

path = /tmp/data/share
browseable = yes
write list = root, norlan
public = yes

What line should be added so that Windows users can access their home directories aside from the shares folder? What happens is, they can see the public share, but they cannot see their home directories from network neighborhood. I already did adding users in my Linux box, and adding smb users through the command "smbpasswd -a <username>. Account usernames and passwords both in smb and the system itself are identical.

I have a Samba server setup on my old Mandrake box and I found that "Webmin" was the method of choice for configuring it. If you have webmin installed, all you have to do is start the service then http to the local host. Like anything else webmin should just be writing a config file for you... so you could always give it a mannual inspection afterwards. I know that accessing home directories is one of the types of shares it allows you to configure.
