Samba as windows domain controler
Hello
I'm not sure if this forum will cover this but I wanted to run my linux server as a windows domain server and i found instructions to do that but i want to run a second real windows 2003 server but keep samba running as the primary server. this is because i want to run exchange 2003 on the windows server. can this be done? |
yes it can as long as the win 2003 server does not act as a domain server

Please HELP!!
 I could really use info here
I've been Crawling the net for some time now to find info on how to make Samba work as a Win DC, but with out succes. If you, for any reason, want to help find the info i need, i would be very gratefull. E-mail me at Stois@oncable.dk I'm kind of a NOOB at Linux, but the teachers conference, looks up to me, and thinks the world of me. So they expect me to learn how to make a Linux computer into a fully flechted Domain Controller.... What do u guys think i should do? - Just say that it can't be done, at least not in the time frame they gave me. - ?????????????? Kinde greeting, Anders Olesen Denmark |
