Samba and Win2K Domain

I have installed and configured samba on my machine and somehow, all is good. I am able to access windows shares from this machine.

My windows machines are all members of a Win2K domain. They are able to see my samba server on Network Neighborhood. Unfortunately, any shares I have defined on the samba server is not shown. Similarly, if I type

\\mysambaserver\myshare

on windows explorer, an error occurs.

What am I doing wrong? I am using Samba 3.0.0_rc2.
