run multiple instance of daemon httpd (Apache)

I have installed zimbra mail server on red hat 4 system that also starts a httpd service.
I also need xampp to run on system that also has apache and would start a httpd service.
I am not able to start xampp when zimbra is running eventhough I change the port nos.
Can anybody provide me suggestions.

On which server have you changed your port numbers? Have you made sure there's no additional Port or Listen lines in the relevant httpd.conf?

In xammp(lampp) I have changed http.conf (listen parameter) to run on different port while apache included with zimbra runs on 80
