rsh & invalid autocommand

[quote]
rsh 10.10.10.1 -l theuser "show run"

Line has invalid autocommand "show running"
[quote]

this appears when i run this command to a cisco router. It requires to press space for each page. Setting "lenght 0" for vty 0-15 has no effect.
Any idea how to overcome this?
