Routing network through Ubuntu 13.10 for netflix
So I have a peculiar situation at hand, to put it plainly my girlfriend was abroad and picked up on a lot of UK netflix only shows that the US netflix doesn't have, I'm wondering how I would go about forwarding all my wii's traffic through my laptop then again through a UK proxy? I haven't worked much with IP tables so I don't know where to begin to be honest, google wasn't much help as most of the forums say "we don't support this behavior here" so I figured someone over here at LQ could help, I have a good understanding of linux as it is, but I've spent a week trying to get this working with no luck.
TL;DR: Forward all internet traffic through a local server with a proxy set in place to "spoof" the location of the wii for netflix

LinuxQuestions also does not support this behavior and consider this against the rules.

Michaelk, I don't see how this applies to any of the things it was reported for, netflix tos do not say I can't use a proxy to use their service, nor does it say anywhere that routing my ip is a breach of tos. Would you mind explaining how LQ considers this "cracking, piracy, warez, fraud, or an topic that could be damaging to either LQ or any third party" ? I can't find anyhere in LQ's rules that this breaks any of the supplied statements or accusations.

You are violating their TOS.

Geographic Limitation: You may instantly watch a movie or TV show through the Netflix service only in geographic locations where we offer our service and have licensed such movie or TV show. The content that may be available to watch will vary by geographic location. Netflix will use technologies to verify your geographic location.

To be technical here the servers are located in the UK so the licences are of use, I've already read that and the loophole is the server where the data is coming from netflix are within their TOS, me using said server to "bounce" my connection doesn't actually violate the tos however, I've inquired about this personally. I'm not trying to be rude here but I've went through the hoops to make sure what I'm doing is legal.
