Routing all traffic to internet through a linux box

I am sharing my DSL internet connection using a modem+wireless router (single device) to 5 systems. I want all my internet traffic to go through one of the linux boxes in my network.

The problem here is that wireless devices connect directly to the modem+wireless router.

Is such routing of traffic possible??

PS: I am not sure if i could convey my situation clearly... plz do ask for clarifications.

thanks in advance,
firewiz

You can accomplish that by making your Linux box act as an Internet Gateway.

Set-up should be:

Internet >> Modem >> Linux box >> wireless router >> Client Systems

There are so many tutorials out there in setting up a Linux internet gateway...

In my case the modem and the wireless is a single device, the current setup would be:
internet-> (modem+wireless router) -> Linux Box & Other Clients

Since bot the modem and the wireless are on the same device... the arrangement cannot be changed. Is it possible to impliment my requirement without changing the current arrangement? Or is there an alternative cost efficient method??
