Routing all traffic on a port to an external IP

I'd like to be able to host a game on a Windows computer, which is behind a router I don't have control over, but allow people to connect to connect to it through a Linux server, which I do control. Right now I can route all network traffic on the Windows computer through a VPN connection with the server, but the game I'm hosting doesn't seem to be visible to the outside world. Is there a way to tell OpenVPN (or something else) to route all incoming traffic on a specific port to my Windows computer?

There probably is, but if you only need one or two specific TCP and/or UDP ports, have you considered SSH tunneling?

Wouldn't that require me setting up a forward for the IP of each player that wants to connect to the server?

No, remote SSH port forwarding simply forwards one or more specified ports on the remote system to (a) port(s) on the client side.
