You're going to have a lot of fun doing it that way..
Best you read the
http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/Adv-Routing-HOWTO/ particularly chapters 4 & 5 and get the split routing working.
The main problem will be getting the server to reply on the correct interace, and then deciding which interface to use as a default outward for packets it generates itself, emails, dns etc..
Any packet routed through the box will have a headache coz there are similar subnets on each side..
