rndc error

hi all ,
i m trying to deploy dns server on redhat 9 with bind 9.2 .another primary dns server is working , i m getting following error. still i can resolve external name and ip while i m not able to resolve internal name to ip conversion.

Stopping named: rndc: connection to remote host closed
This may indicate that the remote server is using an older version of
the command protocol, this host is not authorized to connect,
or the key is invalid.

Red Hat 9 is obsolete and Red Hat ceased support for it a long time ago, so I'm afraid that the first step is probably to upgrade to supported OS, and go from there.
