Resolution or redirection of my phpadmin

I every body,

I have a litle problem.

I have a redhat 8.0 server

I changed my router last week and the router gave me new ip address.

Im able to reach my werserver to browse my website site.

But i'm unable to reach my phpmyadmin.

When I want to reach phpmyadmin I enter my server url;

My old url = => redirected to : http://www.localhost.localdomain:96/phpMyAdmin-2.3.2/

But now the ip address of my server changed for and now when the server do the redirection it give me an error like "file not found"

What do I need to modified to make it work?
