Remote login and editing the file

Hi,
I m using Fedora Core 2 version. I want to login remotely to another host and edit the file in that remote host. If suppose i m adding user with "useradd" in my m/c, at the same time it should connect to remote host and edit the file "/etc/aliases " with that username's entry in another host. so that each time whenever user is added that entry should also go remote host's /etc/aliases file. Is anyone having a script to do that.

Thanx in advance.
