Recently I have installed my office network with linux gateway for internet connection. One of my remote office would like to use my remote desktop of a windows PC of my internal network through my linux box.I am looking for any configuration tools(not VPN actually), please help me... if it is on your hand plz...
Why not? This is the one of your problem's best solutions. Also you may try to use port forwarding as an alternative variant - read about DNAT in iptables manual.

Presumably the OP is looking for an application to run on Linux that will allow remote control of a Windows machine, i.e. terminal services or remote desktop.
Well, I would like to use Windows remote desktop like RDP 3389 port of windows PC by the windows-linux-windows technique. I meant the windows PC from remote site I wanna log in to my internal Windows PC and use desktop tools through the internet and my linux gateway of my internal network.Could I expect the detail procedure please??

Oh, well if the remote PC is Windows, then what you want is a VPN client to tunnel through your Linux gateway. You could do the same thing with ssh port-forwarding, but why? You'll just have to go through this procedure again the next time someone at the remote office wants to connect to something at your office.
Take the time to get a VPN up and running now to save yourself a lot of wasted time in the future.
