Question Remote host SSH response: Tcl_InitNotifier: unable to start notifier thread

Hello,
My SSH client for remote machine will sometimes hang. I have to wait until the session is finished hanging, I guess, to login with SSH again. I would get some message about multiple users or something.

I haven't been able to login this time for over 1 day. It's started saying something about Tcl_InitNotifier: unable to start notifier thread. My host can access the machine locally to fix this, but what is going on? Why is this occurring?

Thanks

Here is the login attempt:

The Tcl_InitNotifier message is not coming from openssh.

Is there a ForceCommand that runs after you log in? Is there a TCL script, running as root and grabbing port 22. Is the computer with the ssh server running something that monitors the ports?

Could the problem be after the connection is made, such as a TCL script run by .bashrc when you log in?
