hi all
i searched from internet

about serverdown
how can i know.

i use ping it is very slow.
can anybudy tell me which command i have to use

Registration requires a "handshake" on a udp port in the 4000-5000 port range.

If you are running a firewall you need to open the port range mentioned above.
