Redundant Connection How to?

Alright, Here's the current configuration I have:
-Two Cable Modems on the same node, both can substain about 786KBytes/sec
-Private 10/100 network through a 16 port 10/100 switch.

I want to build a linux box that can do the following:
-Load Balance the two cable connections (so if one goes down the other is still up, or perhaps round robin somehow to combine the bandwidth)
-Share the load balanced internet connection among the internal network
-Provide a local proxy server, as well as a local FTP server off the linux box
-Bridge a wireless network card within the linux box to the internal network.

So hardware would consist of:
x86 PC (Most likely a 1GHz, 512MB RAM, 10GB HDD)
2x10/100 NICs (for cable connections)
1x10/100 NIC for internal green network
1x22MBps wireless bridged to the green network.

How would this be possible? Would I be looking at RedHat 9, and what kind of modules or configuration do I need to do? Any links, information, suggestions, comments are welcome at wes@memoryexpress.com

- Thanks
