redirect telnet to serial line ; reverse terminal

Hi,

I'm trying to setup a "reverse terminal" (at least I know it by this name ;-) )

What do I mean by this?
I want to connect to my Linux Box via telnet and then be redirected via serial connection to my router in order to have a chance to manage it when it can't be reached via network (the linux box has another network connection which is not dependent on the one routed by the router!)

********************** nerwork *************** serial-line **********
* mangement-PC *------------------------* Linux box *===========* router *
********************** *************** **********
Telnet <-------------------------------(>)----------------(<)--------------------->

Has anyone got an idea how to configure something like this????

bye and tia,
Daniel

Hmm I think I've found a solution for my own problem:
termpkg
I know have to find out how to configure it for using 115000bps / 8N1 ...
