Question redirect remote domain to local domain

Hello everyone,
actually we have a server with local dns installed
now we have a problem which is we want outgoing server requests to remote domain to be redirected to one of our local domains
could any one help me in this situation ?

Do you use your installed local DNS as recursive DNS? What local DNS server do you use?

What protocol do you want to redirect? HTTP? In that case using a proxy and URL rewriting may turn out to be simpler and more customisable.
