RedHat 9 + PopTop

I am running my redhat 9 box as a gateway to the rest of my network. I have the outside interface setup with a public IP and the inside with nat ( I have PopTop running on it and cannot get a connection. I keep getting error 619. I am trying from work and it may be a firewall issue, from work, but I don't know for sure.
