Redhat 9 and Aironet 340

I have installed Redhat 9.0 on my Dell Inspiron 8200 and I am trying to get my Aironet 340 PCMCIA wireless card to work.
I know the card is good because it works fine under Windows XP.
I have installed the newest drivers from Cisco. I have run sh cwinstall with no errors.
When I try to activate the card I get the following error:

cannot activate network device eth1!
airo_cs device eth1 does not seem to be present, delaying initilazation.

Any hints or ways to correct this?

I tried to rerun the make config command and I get the following error:

Linux source directory /usr/src/linux
Linux source tree /usr/src/linus is incomplete or missing.
The kernel header fiels are present bit not the full source code.
See HOW To for install details
config failed
config error 1

/usr/src/linux is the dirctory where I un tarred the cisco drivers to.
