Red Hat Linux 9 and Win XP IP MASQ?

i successfully installed RH 9.0 with 2 NIC (eth0 for our internet access and eth1 for our local network) and setup Samba and Squid for my Win XP workstations. I heard about IP Masquerading and I want my Win XP box to ping outside our network but failed. What should I do? Please help because i run out of ideas... Thanks in advance for your suggestions...
