Quota Support for 2.4.22 kernel

I am running the 2.4.22 kernel on my system, and want the ability to provide quotas for our network. Does anyone know where I can get quota patches for this kernel or if there are even any realeased?

Thanks,

i thought quota was avaialbe in the kernel already? you can re-config the kernel
making sure quotas are turned on in the kernel, then recomplie.
