can i have a bridge working as a dhcp server? yes or no.

ok, maybe not quick. if not, then why not?
if yes, a link PL(googled)EA(googled)SE.

most real bridges will do this fine yes. This is a general functional requirement of such a device. Obviously there will be expections to a rule though!
