Im still working to get my server up. Here is my /etc/hosts file, if something needs to be edited, please advise

127.0.0.1 localhost.www.mydomain localhost.localdomain localhost

what changes do I need to make to /etc/named.conf

options {
directory "/var/named";
/*
* If there is a firewall between you and nameservers you want
* to talk to, you might need to uncomment the query-source
* directive below. Previous versions of BIND always asked
* questions using port 53, but BIND 8.1 uses an unprivileged
* port by default.
*/
// query-source address * port 53;
};

//
// a caching only nameserver config
//
controls {
inet 127.0.0.1 allow { localhost; } keys { rndckey; };
};
zone "." IN {
type hint;
file "named.ca";
};

zone "localhost" IN {
type master;
file "localhost.zone";
allow-update { none; };
};

zone "0.0.127.in-addr.arpa" IN {
type master;
file "named.local";
allow-update { none; };
};

include "/etc/rndc.key";
Im now encountering another problem. Before, i was able to access my webpage from anywhere in my LAN. About 2 days ago, the computer hooked to the DSL line was turned off. When turned back on, the IP changed. I went to zoneedit.com and edited the ip so that it pointed to the new ip. Im also having problems with my router. I cant access the set up web page (192.168.0.1 for d-link). Im running out of ideas, can anyone tell me what im doing wrong?? thanks in advance
