Question about lokkit security levels
 

I have a question about lokkit. I am having "connection refused" problems when trying to locally log in to ftp server on my box.

My firewall settings in lokkit were set to high. I can change the settings, but they never stick. If I change it and go back into lokkit, it is back at high. If I change it, reboot and then go back in to lokkit, it is back at high.

Is there something obvious I am missing? How can I make this setting stick?
