Qmail rcpthosts, some work some don't

Hi there, I've got a Qmail server setup and kind of working.

I'm trying to get my pop mail working correctly, I am offsite at the moment using a dialup connection.

The server is running Mandrake 9 and the latest Qmail as of 28/10/03.

I have courier-imap and squirrelmail running and that seems to work fine, I can send to anybody @ any address, which is what I need, however I would also like to do this from my pop account which I access from home on my dialup connection.

I can check the pop3 account no problem, however, when I try to send to SOME addresses it fails.

It seems to send to MOST address, well I haven't had any complaints from anyone else so maybe its just me that it doesn't work for... :( for instance I can send from my POP3 account to the domains listed in rcpthosts and it works great, I can send to hotmail and it works great, I can send to my dialup ISP account and it works great, however when I try to send to bconfirm at ORDB dot org for instance it comes back with the error message:

553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)

When I try to send to that address using Squirrelmail webmail it seems to go through no probems.

Have I set something up incorrectly? I would like to be able to send emails from my domain using ISP dialup account does that mean I need to use their smtp server? will they let me even though my email address is me at mydomain dot com?

Any help is greatly appreciated, I've been struggling with Qmail and linux in general for a while now but its all finally starting to work nicely.
