PXE netboot floppy for RTL8139 ethernet card

i want to boot my system to install ubuntu gutsy off one of their servers, i can't boot from cd, don't bother suggesting it, i can't make it cd boot in the bios just forget it, i need a floppy boot disk that can boot my system to download and install ubuntu gutsy, idc if i have to insert URL's or IP addresses, thats all second nature, i just need to be able to control a PXE boot

im not sure you realize what you are asking for...

if you do get it though...tell me...because its making my head hurt.

i dont know about INSTALLING but...what i have so far (understand im not too good at this ive been trying clustering to learn networking, and one of the computers im using doesnt have a working HDD, so i have to network boot...pain in the arse)

if the grub is set up on the other computer for this process booting would only require going into bios on your system, changing the boot sequence so the first drive is LAN, and enabling lan rom booting... then as long as the server's grub is set up to allow this, you shouldnt have much trouble...if it isnt *sigh* well here is my problem...i have no bloody clue how to set up the grub to allow this...if you can understand this:
http://osdev.berlios.de/netboot.html
it should have what you need.
