guys,
does anybody know how to bind Ubuntu PXEInstallServer with a network where windows DHCP exists. please give me more details on that

Do you mean like TFTP32 or a Windows Server OS like 2003 or 2008?

i mean like without making anychanges to the existing DHCP(lets say windows server 2008), how to build a Ubuntu PxeBoot within the network.. just give me areas to study more ...

You have to have some settings in the dhcp server to allow a pxe to work.

You'd need to move up to gpxe/ipxe instead. You could run a small server maybe for a unique mac address but it could still mess up your corporate lan. I'd think the site admin might be monitoring this so...
