Question Putty problem in communication

Hi there,

we have installed an application on a Linux server which functions OK. To access the application, we use Putty on Windows machines. For most of the data this works OK, however for some accounts the data is screwed up, and so is the screen. I have collected some logdata from Putty, but need some guidance on how to approach this problem. So if anyone has dealt with this before, please let me know.

Thanks in advance...
