Public servers where I can benchmark my UDP

How do I find out my ISP's performance with UDP packets? Is there a public server I can send lots of UDP packets to for a few seconds and how do I do that?

Does anyone have a connection much faster than my 30 Mbps and an OpenVPN server to connect to just once to discover how fast it transfers a file over OpenVPN which uses UDP?
