proxyz, proxyz...

Hello guyz!
Here's what my problem is:
I have configured a http/https/ftp proxy on a linux machine, which would only need to cascade to another proxy. The reason why I need my proxy is to limit users' bandwidths. I am using squid 2.5STABLE6. Anyway, I also need a SOCKS5 proxy, which i should install independently since squid doesn't provide one. But, I would have to somehow go with that socks5 proxy through squid to apply the bandwidth limit. Is that possible ? If yes, how ? Thank you in advance
