Proxy Server using Squid

I have a Windows Server and i install squid, i already block accessing facebook and other social networking sites. All i want to do is block gmail, yahoomail and downloading files with the extension (.mp3 .3gp .torrent .exe .msi and .iso).

Can anyone here can give me scripts.
Or a tutorial to block these sites and extension name.
I have found some tutorials in internet but it is all for linux devices.

Thanks in advance.

No one here is going to write you scripts or a tutorial, sorry. And Squid's ACL rules are the same no matter WHAT platform it runs on, so saying that you found things for Linux, means you also found them for Windows. Follow those tutorials and apply the ACL's and configuration as needed.

There is a thread here on using squid and squidguard for blocking web sites. It was mistakenly entitled "Blocking porn with resolv.conf", but there is some detail there on how to configure squid with squidguard and a free or commercial blocking database.
