Proxy server- sharing internet between Win98 and Linux

Hi,
Could anyone tell me if there's a free proxy server that I can install on my Win 98 machine (which has an internet connection) so I can share this connection with my Mandrake 10.0 machine through LAN? Thanks for the help.
